Roger is a board certified psychiatrist and is board eligible in child & adolescent psychiatry. Roger and Shirley arrived in Kenya to serve with AIM in 1991. They have two daughters in college. They are currently on home assignment until July 2010. |

Gisela worked as a missionary doctor in Zimbabwe before training as a psychiatrist and psychotherapist in Germany, her home country. Gisela joined AIM Care to work at Tumaini in 2005, where she offers support through psychiatric care, specialized trauma therapy, general counseling, as well as member care workshops. |

Judith came to Kenya as an AIM counselor in 2008. She worked as a missionary nurse in Uganda and has a degree in Christian Psychology (IACP –Germany). One of her passions is to support missionaries in stress management, cultural adjustment, and to mentor short-term missionaries. She is a board member of GMMT (German Missionary Medical Team). |

Dick, Th.M. and Linda, R.N., came to Kenya to serve with AIM in 2004.. Dick served as a pastor for over 20 years in the U.S. before coming to serve missionaries. As our pastoral care team, Dick & Linda enjoy doing premarital counseling, and giving encouragement to missionaries. They have 4 sons and several grandkids in the U.S. |

Dick Baggé is the SIL Counseling Coordinator for Africa and has been on the staff at Tumaini since coming to Kenya in 1993. He is a board-certified general psychiatrist and sees families, couples or individuals in therapy. He has co-authored Healing the Wounds of Trauma: How the Church Can Help and has a special interest in trauma and grief. Dick and Nancy are the parents of two young adult children. |

Nancy Baggé joined the counseling staff at Tumaini in 2009 after completing her graduate studies in Clinical Psychology at Wheaton College. She is a nurse and a licensed professional counselor with specialized training in trauma therapy. Nancy and Dick have two young adult children living in the US. |

Doug grew up in Kenya. After becoming a board certified psychiatrist, he returned to Kenya as a missionary counselor with AIM in 2001. Currently, Doug and Kathy are back in the U.S. and recruting new staff members for AIM Care. |

Angie works in the library at Tumaini. She came with her husband and one child to Kenya in 2009. The other two children are in the U.S.. |

Daisy is the AIM Care Office Coordinator. She began working at Tumaini in 2006 as a receptionist. In addition to overseeing office procedures, Daisy provides oversight to the emloyed staff, and the seminar room. |

Maureen, our Clinical Assistant and receptionist, began working at Tumaini in 2008. In addition to providing administrative support to the psychiatrists, she greets visitors and in the "voice" of Tumaini. |
